Alyson Burchill (MS, BCBA, LABA), is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. She has worked in the field of behavior analysis for over 20 years both in the private and public sectors. She strives to promote client success through assessment, observation, modeling, and data analysis. Alyson aims to ensure an effective change in each learner she works with. She aligns herself with like-minded individuals in the field who want to make a difference in the lives of the families they work within a team-based approach. 

Dr. Elijah Wright, PsyD, is a leadership psychologist with a Doctor of Psychology in Leadership Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. His career spans over a decade across school systems, community programs, home-based services, and center-based environments, providing ABA-informed behavioral and educational support to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Dr. Wright now serves as the Executive Director of Learning Solutions, leading with a focus on equity, collaboration, and high-quality behavioral support. His vision emphasizes empowering teams, strengthening family partnerships, and fostering meaningful, lasting change across the communities LS serves.

Tracey founded Learning Solutions, LLC (LS) in 2009, and confidently merged LS with ABS in 2021. She works part-time for ABS/LS as an Educational Consultant.  Tracey is the Executive Director of a Boston based nonprofit programming social, recreational and cultural activities for young adults with High Functioning Autism and similar social profiles. Tracey works alongside her canine partner Gleason. Gleason works as a trained Social Assistance Dog through strategies of Animal Assisted Education and Intervention. With over 30 years of expertise in special education and social-emotional learning, Tracey has accomplished study in Speech Communication, Therapeutic Recreation, Masters of Education (Special Education), Board Certification in Special Education, Advanced Certified Autism Specialist and Certification in Nonprofit Management. She is the creator of the Social Fit® program, promoting social-emotional growth and community integration, and Social Notes About People (S.N.A.P.)(R) curriculum.  Her work and programs have been awarded the DCF Community Partnership Award, the #1 Family Favorite Best of Boston: Boston Parents’ Paper, and the Outstanding Early Intervention Provider Margaret L. Bauman, M.D. Award for Excellence. 

Jimmy is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in school administration and special education. He currently serves as Principal of Saint Bridget School in Framingham, MA, where he is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Previously, he served as Director of the LABBB Collaborative and as a Special Education Teacher, and continues to provide educational leadership and learning support through Learning Solutions in Norwood, MA.
